|FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER|
The overall purpose of the job will be to be responsible for all NON direct sales parts of the business, backing up the 2 lead sales directors.
Responsibility for stock ordering and manage inventories + stock planning
Sales margin management and price setting (in conjunction with lead sales directors)
Product range optimisation
General office maintenance
Strong operational working relationship with the UK parent company
Non-product supplier relationship management – rent, fixtures, freight etc.
Responsibility for development and execution of company IT strategy
Develop website and online ordering systems with web developers
Credit control, debt collection and supplier payment management
Budgeting and Forecasting
Full responsibility of banking and invoice financing relationships
Full fiscal responsibility – VAT, corp tax; social security etc.
Full responsibility for working relationships with external auditors and lawyers etc.
Accounts + accountability
Cash management + ledger management
Month end reporting
Strong financial working relationship with the UK parent company
|Age range: 28-35|
Strong business operational skills
Very strong financial background
Very positive attitude and strong ‘can do/will do’ approach
Accurate attention to detail
MUST speak and write English fluently to business level
Have strong all round business IT skills
Ability to work in a very small team of 6 (very small company)
Car parts / automotive / aftermarket experience is a bonus though not specifically required.
