The candidate is responsible to launch, implement and develop Webloyalty business solutions in the Spanish
market in order to achieve the b.u. performance objectives and targets. Is responsible to manage the local team
of the Business unit, cooperating with operations, legal and HR departments inside the organization.
Strong communicator, has a strategic view and the attitude to develop new business, set up relations and affirm
Webloyalty´s proposition and name in the Market.
Responsabilities with key result areas:
Market Development
Develop and implement the strategy to launch and develop the WL model / program in the market
Evangelize the market to position WL as a credible, reliable and relevant partner monetizing e Commerce site
Build a network of relationships with the key people of the e Commerce industry
Business and Marketing Development
Business Management & Planning
Set up the targets of the BU
Deliver targets results ( Joins / Revenue / ebitda )
Management of the business model's key performance indicators
Report and Forecast according to AI Group processes
Sales and Marketing
Lead the sales team and actively participate to the sales efforts
Lead the marketing efforts
Team & People management
Build a strong team of professionals
Recruit, Train and Motivate talents according the company guidelines and policies.
Perfil ideal:
Educational Qualifications University background (economics or similar)
Professional Experience Sales and Marketing culture is preferred
Skills / Experience - Proven successful track record of building up and managing a
business unit in a dynamic, fast
